Since the amendment of the Criminal Code so as to consider companies criminallyliable for the commission of crimes, as well as to provide partial or full exoneration of liability in certain cases, companies now have seen the urgent need to cover themselves with the necessary procedures to avoid such liability.

The scope of our services in this field include the analysis of the business and the internal procedures of the company so as to enable development of a map of crimes to identify the probability of commission of criminal infractions being committed through the company’s existing business and internal procedures. Once such risks have been detected we will then set out proposals that make the necessary modifications to the internal procedures in question. We will then seek to establish measures to avoid the commission of criminal infractions and control the risk of same occurring by working with collaborating consultants to implement the modifications of the procedures and train staff members so that they can carry their tasks with due monitoring.

At the end of the process, we support the company when obtaining the certification of the Protocol by an independent certifier that will accredit the proper implementation of the same.
