Likewise, we are the firm (acting as Spanish local advisors) chosen by several foreign law firms to provide support on Spanish Laws regarding those transactions connected with Spain.

We advise foreign investors on their projects from the beginning right through to the completion of the project. We will incorporate the company, we will deal with the registrations before the Spanish Tax Authorities, we will support the investors and managers to obtain the necessary NIE and NIF, we will elaborate and file the corresponding declarations of foreign investment, we will process the register of workers and shall provide support with the applicable range of services at the time of the divestment. In addition, we will be responsible for advising on the appropriate financial structure of the project. Furthermore, we support our clients to successfully execute the project through our positive involvement in the negotiation of the Shareholder Agreements and business exploitation contracts.
