Therefore, the approach of our advice is global, advising both the company as well as the family and the management team, with the special sensitivity that is required within this context.
We accumulate experience in the regulation of family-management-company relations, having participated in both projects aimed at facilitating the generational transition, as well as in the creation of corporate governance bodies and in restructurings in order to obtain the tax benefits provided for family businesses.
We also provide advice and counselling in conflict situations or negotiation between relatives, in relation to the family business (Valuation of the company to set the price of a sale and purchase between family members, design of coherent retributive structures, mediators or referees, etc.).
