Salvador holds a law degree from the Cardenal Herrera-CEU University. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Advice (LL.M.) from Fundesem Business School (FBS) and a Master's degree in Taxation and Tax Planning from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), as well as advanced specialization programs in Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Commercial Arbitration, Taxation, Accounting, Finance, and Wealth Planning and Management.

He is a co-founder of the Firm, serving as the head of the Corporate Law Department and coordinating the M&A and Venture Capital team. His professional career began in 1999, working for a group of companies in the agri-food sector. He was expatriated to Poland in 2000 to participate in an internationalization project of the Group. Since 2001, he has been practicing law, including stints at Uría Menéndez and Broseta, and in 2010 he began coordinating the Corporate and Restructuring team of a Valencia-based firm specialized in Family Business and Estate Planning.

He has published articles on business law in newspapers and business magazines and has served as a speaker at seminars on Venture Capital and technical training courses for lawyers and entrepreneurs.

His professional practice focuses on advising companies and business groups in their ordinary course of business (contracts, international trade, legal strategic planning, and corporate governance) as well as in national and cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), venture capital investments, due diligence processes, project financing, real estate transactions, and business internationalization. He also represents clients in arbitration and commercial litigation.

He is a member of the Valencia Bar Association and a registered arbitrator.
