Maria joined the Firm upon its establishment in 2014, taking on the responsibility for its internal administration.

In 2016, she was assigned to the Labor and Social Security Management team, where she serves as a Paralegal Assistant, primarily handling the collection of documentation and the monitoring of client case files.

Additionally, she manages the registration and deregistration of workers, companies, and workplaces with Social Security, oversees social security contributions, prepares payroll, calculates overtime, bonuses, and settlements, and carries out various procedures with the Social Security Administration, General Treasury of Social Security, Public Employment Service, and other relevant authorities.
