Jose holds a Law degree from the University of Valencia, a Master's in Taxation and Fiscal Planning from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), and an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School.

He is a co-founder of the Firm, serving as the head of the Tax and Compliance Departments. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at KPMG Abogados and in the High Net Worth Individuals and Family Business department at PwC Tax & Legal Services.

He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring operations, both domestically and internationally, cross-border transactions, due diligence processes, multidisciplinary advisory services to Family Businesses, management of High Net Worth Individuals, real estate taxation and Family Office, representation before tax authorities, international tax planning, customs and Excise Taxes, and Foreign Trade.

As a Collaborating Professor at CEU - Cardenal Herrera University, he also teaches at various business schools and professional organizations, such as the Valencia Bar Association, the Center for Financial Studies, the Foundation for Stock Exchange and Financial Studies, the University-Business Foundation of the University of Murcia, and the Valencia College of Economists.

He is a member of the Valencia Bar Association and various international associations and networks of tax advisors.
