Ana holds a Law degree from the University of Valencia and a Higher Degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF).

She has been a partner at the Firm since 2015, serving as the head of the Labor Law Department. Throughout her extensive professional career, she has worked in the Labor Law and Social Security departments at Garrigues and PwC Tax & Legal Services.

Ana has extensive experience providing legal advice on labor matters to medium and large companies as well as individuals at both national and international levels. Her expertise includes labor relations, salary policies, hiring, social security, disciplinary regimes, individual and collective dismissals, senior executives, collective bargaining, due diligence processes, expatriation of personnel, and mergers and acquisitions of companies and business units (M&A).

Furthermore, she has broad experience representing clients and providing legal assistance in Social Courts, the Labor Inspection, Social Security, and other Labor Authorities.

Ana has also served as a lecturer at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), organized and participated as a speaker in various conferences and seminars, and has published numerous articles in newspapers and specialized magazines on labor law matters.

She is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.
